I turned 16 at the end of last year, and  I'm very much new to the whole road biking experience. I live in Bath unlike all the other riders and still go to school also unlike all the other riders! My father is Simon and as you may know he cycled end to end in 2005, and it made me think - "if he can do it, then so can I!". I'm quite into my rowing and a week after we get back from Scotland, I'm off to the national championships to row in a pair and a four!

Being sixteen I have GCSEs to look forward to in June, so it's going to be a jam packed summer! I should probably envy the other teenagers that will be partying once they've finished their exams, but in my opinion, what better way to celebrate than to cycle the length of the UK while raising money for charity!
