I prefer my bikes with big knobbly tyres and bouncy, springy bits, ideally in the mud – can’t be doing with slick tyres and no suspension !

I’m not quite sure what I have let myself in for, but I am absolutely certain about the cause – having known Fraser for pretty much all of his life, and having seen Chase’s impact at first hand, I am convinced that raising money to help them help others in similar situations is one of the most worthwhile causes I have ever come across.

Please spend a few minutes looking through the Chase website, and then do what you can to support it – give money, raise money, run in the Chase 10k at Loseley, cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats (you’d have to be mad).
